The Creative Dollhouse™ LLC

Document Version: 1.1

Welcome to The Creative Dollhouse™ Retreats.

Our retreats are thoughtfully curated experiences designed to encourage cultural immersion, meaningful connection, personal reflection, and the freedom to imagine life differently.

These Terms & Conditions establish the general policies governing reservations, payments, cancellations, participation, and other responsibilities associated with retreats hosted by The Creative Dollhouse™ LLC ("TCDH," "we," or "us").

Each retreat has its own destination, dates, pricing, payment schedule, minimum enrollment requirements, and included experiences. These details are provided in the applicable retreat description and reservation information and form part of the participant's booking agreement.

Please review these Terms & Conditions together with the information provided for your selected retreat before completing your reservation.

1. Retreat Overview

The Creative Dollhouse™ LLC organizes intimate, thoughtfully curated retreats centered on cultural immersion, meaningful connection, personal reflection, and opportunities for discovery.

Each retreat is designed around its destination, cultural setting, and intended experience.

Specific retreat information, including dates, location, duration, accommodations, pricing, minimum and maximum enrollment, and included activities, will be provided in the applicable retreat description and reservation details.

TCDH retreats are intended as educational, cultural, and reflective experiences. They are not substitutes for professional medical care, psychological treatment, or licensed therapy.

2. Reservations & Payment

Reservation Deposit

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable retreat reservation details, a $500 USD deposit is required to reserve a participant's place.

The reservation deposit is credited toward the total retreat investment.

Payment Schedule

The total retreat investment, remaining balance, and final payment deadline will be identified in the applicable retreat reservation details.

Participants are responsible for completing payments according to the payment schedule agreed upon at reservation.

Reservations remain provisional until the minimum enrollment requirement has been met and TCDH has issued written confirmation that the retreat will proceed.

Payment of a deposit does not independently guarantee that the retreat will take place.

Participants who reserve after the final balance deadline may be required to pay the full retreat investment at the time of booking, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms.

3. Minimum Enrollment & Retreat Confirmation

Each TCDH retreat requires a minimum number of confirmed participants to proceed. The applicable minimum enrollment requirement will be identified in the retreat description and reservation details.

Until the minimum enrollment requirement is satisfied and written confirmation has been issued by TCDH, reservations remain provisional.

If the minimum enrollment requirement is not reached and TCDH cancels the retreat, all payments collected for that retreat will be refunded.

TCDH will communicate the retreat's confirmation status and applicable next steps to registered participants.

Participants should avoid making nonrefundable travel arrangements before receiving written confirmation that the retreat will proceed.

4. Participant Cancellations & Refunds

Unless different cancellation provisions are expressly identified in the applicable retreat reservation agreement, the following policies apply.

During the Provisional Reservation Period

Reservations remain provisional until the applicable minimum enrollment requirement has been met and TCDH has issued written confirmation that the retreat will proceed.

During this provisional period, participants may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund of all payments made.

Following Retreat Confirmation — More Than 60 Days Before Arrival

Once the retreat has been officially confirmed, the reservation deposit becomes nonrefundable for participant-initiated cancellations.

Participants who cancel more than 60 days before the retreat begins will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the reservation deposit.

For example, if a participant has paid the full retreat investment and cancels more than 60 days before arrival, the participant will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus the nonrefundable reservation deposit.

Cancellations 60 Days or Less Before Arrival

For participant-initiated cancellations received 60 days or less before the retreat begins, the entire retreat investment becomes nonrefundable.

Any outstanding balance remains payable according to the agreed payment schedule, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@thecreativedollhouse.com.

The date TCDH receives the written cancellation request will determine the applicable refund provisions.

These provisions apply to participant-initiated cancellations and do not override any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights under applicable law.

If TCDH cancels the retreat, the separate provisions governing organizer cancellations will apply.

5. Cancellations or Changes by TCDH

TCDH reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the retreat schedule, facilitators, cultural activities, or other arrangements when necessary.

If TCDH must cancel the retreat, participants will be informed as promptly as reasonably possible.

Refunds and any additional remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the final booking agreement.

Where a significant change affects an essential feature of the retreat, participants will be informed of their available options and rights.

TCDH is not responsible for independently purchased travel arrangements except where responsibility arises under applicable law.

6. Retreat Inclusions

Each TCDH retreat is designed around its destination and cultural setting.

Depending on the selected retreat, the experience may include accommodations, meals, facilitated sessions, cultural excursions, language experiences, transportation, and other curated activities.

The specific services and experiences included in the retreat investment will be identified in the applicable retreat description and final itinerary.

Certain experiences may be provided by independent professional suppliers.

TCDH may make reasonable substitutions when necessary, subject to participants' applicable legal rights.

7. Expenses Not Included

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable retreat description or final itinerary, the retreat investment does not include:

  • International or domestic airfare

  • Passport or visa expenses

  • Personal purchases and souvenirs

  • Additional transportation outside scheduled group arrangements

  • Personal activities outside the retreat program

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal medical expenses

  • Additional accommodations before or after the retreat

Participants are responsible for expenses not expressly included in their booking.

8. Travel Documents & Insurance

Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, and any other documentation required for entry into the country or countries associated with their selected retreat.

Participants must ensure that they satisfy applicable travel and entry requirements.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including appropriate coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical treatment abroad, emergency assistance, and personal belongings.

Participants should review their insurance policies carefully to understand coverage limitations and exclusions.

9. Health, Accessibility & Personal Well-Being

Participants are encouraged to consider their personal health, mobility, accessibility, and dietary needs before reserving.

TCDH welcomes advance communication regarding reasonable accommodations or specific needs that may affect participation.

Requests should be submitted sufficiently early to allow TCDH to consult with the venue and relevant service providers.

While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate individual needs, specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed without confirmation.

Participants remain responsible for managing their personal medical needs, medications, and health-related decisions.

TCDH does not provide medical or psychological treatment.

10. Participation & Personal Responsibility

The retreat is designed to provide a welcoming environment for cultural exploration, thoughtful conversation, and reflection.

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat fellow guests, facilitators, venue staff, and local community members with respect.

  • Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other participants.

  • Follow reasonable safety instructions from facilitators and professional activity providers.

  • Respect the property, facilities, and local environment.

  • Participate in activities voluntarily and communicate any concerns regarding their comfort or safety.

Reflection exercises and group conversations may involve personal experiences. Participants may choose the extent to which they wish to share.

TCDH may take proportionate action in response to conduct that threatens the safety or well-being of others, subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.

11. Cultural Activities & Excursions

The retreat may include cultural experiences, guided excursions, and activities conducted by independent professional providers.

Participants will receive relevant information about scheduled activities and any applicable participation requirements.

Participants should follow safety instructions and notify the appropriate provider of concerns that may affect their ability to participate safely.

TCDH and its suppliers remain responsible for their respective obligations under applicable law.

12. Photography, Privacy & Personal Stories

TCDH recognizes that privacy and trust are essential to an intimate retreat experience.

Participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of personal stories shared during group discussions and reflection sessions.

Photography or recording of another participant should take place only with that person's permission.

TCDH will request appropriate consent before using identifiable photographs, video recordings, or personal testimonials for promotional purposes.

Participation in the retreat does not automatically grant TCDH permission to use a guest's image or personal story in marketing materials.

Personal information collected during reservations will be handled in accordance with TCDH's applicable privacy disclosures and data protection obligations.

13. Unforeseen Events & Disruptions

Events beyond the reasonable control of TCDH or its suppliers may affect retreat operations.

Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

If such an event materially affects the retreat, TCDH will communicate available options and any applicable refund or cancellation rights.

Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer protection or travel laws.

14. Responsibility & Liability

TCDH is committed to organizing retreats with reasonable care and attention to participant safety.

Certain services may be performed by independent venues, transportation operators, guides, or other professional suppliers.

The responsibilities of TCDH and its suppliers, including responsibility for the performance of included services, will be determined by the applicable contract and governing law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for negligence, personal injury, or other protected claims to the extent applicable.

15. Applicable Law & Consumer Rights

The Creative Dollhouse™ LLC is organized in the State of Georgia, United States.

Because TCDH retreats may take place in different countries and involve participants residing in different jurisdictions, applicable consumer protection, travel, and other mandatory legal requirements may vary.

Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions will be established in the final legally reviewed agreement.

Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive participants of mandatory legal protections available to them.

16. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing a retreat reservation, the participant acknowledges that:

  • They have been provided access to these Retreat Terms & Conditions before purchase.

  • They understand the retreat dates, location, price, and payment schedule associated with their reservation.

  • They understand that the retreat requires the minimum enrollment specified in the applicable retreat description.

  • They understand that their reservation remains provisional until written retreat confirmation.

  • They have reviewed the applicable cancellation and refund provisions.

  • They agree to the Terms & Conditions applicable to their reservation, subject to their rights under applicable law.

TCDH will provide participants with appropriate booking confirmation and payment documentation.
